4 Leases Renewed at Rogers Centre

BUFFALO GROVE, IL-ITW Paslode renews its lease on 22,567 sf at 1534 Barclay Blvd. in this north suburb. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. also represents owner and tenant in Data Net Systems' renewal of 10,439 sf.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL-Four leases have been renewed in the Rogers Centre for Commerce here. The deals involving Arthur J. Rogers & Co. total more than 37,000 sf.

Elsewhere in the north suburban submarket, Mid American Financial Group has leased 1,803 sf at 500 Skokie Blvd. in Skokie.

The largest Rogers Centre for Commerce deal is a renewal by training and distribution firm ITW Paslode, which has 22,567 sf at 1534 Barclay Blvd. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the building owner while Charles Osweiler of Venterra represented ITW Paslode.
