BURNSVILLE, MN-A partnership led by Peter Herfurth of Medina, MN recently bought the 80,000 sf Burnhaven Mall retail center here. The shopping center, which is located on Country Road 42 and close to Burnsville Center, is fully leased with tenants such as Linens ‘n Things and a freestanding Kinko’s Copy Center, according to retail brokers at United Properties, a Bloomington-based commercial real estate firm.

The seller was First American Asset Management fund, managed by Minneapolis-based First Asset Realty Advisors. Herfurth and his partners also own Prairie Village retail center in Eden Prairie and Leisure Lane retail center in Edina.
