The buyers, Christopher and Cynthia Michaels, were represented by Ashwill Associates. The seller, Cornerstone Ventures, was represented by a Voit Commercial Brokerage team consisting of Mike Boomer, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner.
Sales of mid-sized and smaller industrial properties throughout the county continue unabated, keeping area brokers busy. This week alone, more than $13 million in industrial transactions have been reported.
Orange County's industrial market has remained fairly steady, even as office and retail sales have slacked off somewhat in recent months. The county's industrial availability rate was at 5.59% for the second quarter of 2001. This figure is nearly the same as the second quarter of 2000, when the rate was 5.52%
