Essex Realty Lands 9 Management Pacts

COSTA MESA, CA-Three of the projects are in Orange County and two are in LA. The deals cover a combined 780,000 sf of space. The others are in LA County, San Diego County and Sacramento.

COSTA MESA, CA-Locally based Essex Realty Management says it has won new contracts to manage a total of 780,000 sf of commercial space in nine California complexes, three of which are in Orange County.

The three OC developments are the two-building, 90,000-sf Orangethorpe Plaza at 1661 N. Raymond Ave. and 1100 E Orangethorpe Ave. in Anaheim; the 38,000-sf Hillcrest Office Park at 1370 N. Brea Blvd., Fullerton; and Essex Corporate Center, a 94,000-sf flex-tech complex at 1900 E. Carnegie Ave. in Santa Ana.
