The 200-acre Dove Valley Park at Foston, South Derbyshire, lies on the A50 route, forming a link between the key M1 and M6 motorways. Cameron Mitchell, Senior Associate at agent Fuller Peiser said this latest deal was proof that national distribution companies are increasingly utilising the A50 cross-country route.

'Over half a million sf is now committed at Dove Valley Park, positioned halfway between Stoke and Nottingham, establishing it as one of the premier large scale distribution scheme in the North Midlands,' said Mitchell. Fuller Peiser and Salloway & Associates advised Conder in the deal.
