The complex will include 168 hotel rooms and 106 residential units and will be developed by CWB Boylston, whose principals will be Brown and his co-developers, Stephen Weiner of Weiner and Associates, and Julian Cohen. The group recently received approval from the Prudential Project Advisory Committee. The proposal now has to receive approvals from PruPAC subcommittees and then from the Boston Redevelopment Authority.

While it is still unclear what company will manage the hotel, Brown reportedly has expressed the hope that the hotel will fly the Four Seasons flag. A number of cities--including London, Chicago and Los Angeles--have two Four Seasons, but the decision will not be made until all the permits are in place. The developers are hopeful that the process will be completed within the next year.
