JPI Opens Doors at 354-Unit North Carolina Complex

IRVING, TX-JPI officially has cut the ribbon on an upscale community near Raleigh, NC. The 354-unit Jefferson at Cary Towne is one of 9,000 units in some 20 states that had been under construction at year's start.

IRVING, TX-Irving-based JPI has cut the ribbon on a 354-unit luxury complex near Raleigh, NC.

JPI’s regional office in Vienna, VA is handling the Jefferson at Cary Towne project, located near Research Triangle Park in the Durham-Chapel Hill corridor. “Jefferson at Cary Towne provides the kind of service today’s discriminating renter expects,” says Jim Butz, JPI regional partner. That kind of service translates to a gated community, with concierge services, resort-style pool, executive business center with conferencing facilities and state-of-the-art exercise facility in the resident clubhouse.
