AUSTIN-Infraworks Inc., an Austin-based software company, has subleased about half of its 42,248-sf office building at 6207 Bee Cave Rd. But, in the next five years, the firm expects it will need the entire building.

Rodney Schwalbach, the company’s human resources director, tells GlobeSt.com, that Infraworks has sublet about half of the available space and just signed a letter of intent with another tenant, he says. Katrina King of the Don Cox Co. is the broker for the property. “We’re whittling it down quite a bit,” says Schwalbach.

The building is just west of Capital of Texas Highway and was formerly occupied by CC/Triad Inc. That company, which develops software for the auto parts industry, has its main offices just around the corner at Las Cimas.
