BNE Associates Tops Out the Offices at Crystal Lake

WEST ORANGE, NJ-The steel is up for the 118,000-sf class A office building, which is being marketed by the New Jersey office of GVA Williams to single and multiple tenants.

WEST ORANGE, NJ-Owner/developer BNE Associates has topped out its new 118,000-sf the Offices at Crystal Lake class A office building in this Essex County community. Situated at West Orange’s highest elevation, the building, designed by Rotwein and Blake, has the bulk of its office space on three, 33,000-sf floors.

The New Jersey office of GVA Williams, Parsippany, is marketing the property for BNE Associates. According to GVA Williams’ vice president Bryn Cinque, the marketing effort is focusing on both single and multiple tenants. “The property offers one of the largest speculative office developments in the Essex County marketplace,” according to Cinque. Essex County, of course, includes Newark, the state’s largest city.
