Metro National Acquires 8.4 Acres in Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Metro National will be launching its seventh senior living community in the Woodlands on an 8.4-acre tract that has just been bought. The Terrace at The Woodlands will deliver 250 units to the community.

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Houston-based Metro National, a senior living community developer, has purchased 8.4 acres for a new development, The Terrace at The Woodlands.

Metro National currently has senior living communities in the Houston areas of Willowbrook, Memorial City, Spring Shadows, West University, First Colony and Clear Lake. The Woodlands’ 250-unit complex will be positioned close to Memorial-Hermann The Woodlands Hospital. The senior community will include amenities such as heated swimming pool and spa, housekeeping services, fitness center, computer center, dining areas for prepared meals and transportation.
