Teesland received planning permission in May 2001 for a second building, Cavendish House, at Princes Wharf comprising 53,551 sf of office space. This £8 million ($11.3 million) scheme will be developed in a joint venture with Sterling Capitol.
Teesland Associate Director Jason Rockett said: 'Cavendish House, will ensure that Princes Wharf is the premier office location within Teesdale. By providing another high quality office building we are confident we will continue the trend and attract further national companies new to the area.'DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Storey Sons & Parker, are joint letting agents for Princes Wharf.
