This Class A office space will be available to Verizon this month, as opposed to the initial August move-in date. Employees have occupied a 77,000 SF building in the Capital Center Business Park since last month and have been looking to expand in the area.

Verizon area offered a good commute for employees located in Folsom, and Evergreens' proximity to Sacramento provided a solid base of skilled workers.
