The company is subleasing the space from Concero Inc., an Internet consulting company which has had its share of downsizings in the past year. Steve McMillon, vice president of Kucera Inc., represented InfoGlide, and Pat Herron of Herron-Williams acted on Concero's behalf.

The new space, besides being less expensive, is more easily configured into offices and more centrally located in the city. InfoGlide says the space has an open layout that's more conducive to collaborations and teamwork.

InfoGlide added "Software" to its name to better reflect what it does, which is develop fraud detection software. InfoGlide recently announced a deal with Computer Sciences Corp. in which CSC becomes a reseller of InfoGlide's software.

Concero has reduced its space by 44,298 sf since Dec. 31, 2000. The company Thursday reported a loss of $3.4 million on revenue of $6.6 million in the quarter ending June 30. That compares to a profit of $1 million on sales of $17 million in the same quarter in 2000.
