The law firm has had offices in The Woodlands for more than 10 years and uses the space to service the Woodlands-based companies such as The Woodlands Research Forest, Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and Entergy.
The 143,000-sf Waterway Plaza Two will deliver in late summer. It is one of several office buildings being constructed along the community's Woodlands Waterway. Dan Leverett, director of commercial sales & leasing represented the building owner, The Woodlands Operating Co. LP in the lease negotiations. Steve Biegel of Trione & Gordon Oncor International negotiated the deal for Andrews & Kurth, which also has offices in Houston's CBD, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, New York and London.
