Elize Pruske of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office represented the building owner and Paul Fagan of Cross & Co. Commercial Realty Advisors, also in San Antonio, negotiated for Medical Evaluation Specialists.
Medical Evaluation Specialists, based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, helps physicians conduct evaluations. The company provides facilities, management and support services to physicians. The company has operations in Texas, Massachusetts, Illinois, Michigan and Pennsylvania. In Texas, it has offices in 13 cities including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi and El Paso. Transwestern has been the manager and leasing agent for Crown Atrium since 1999.
