NordicTrack Signs for First Metro Non-mall Location

PARAMUS, NJ-The home fitness equipment retailer, long a staple in the region's enclosed malls, will open a 6,300-sf store in Harrow's Shopping Center, a strip.

PARAMUS, NJ-NordicTrack, the fitness equipment chain owned by ICON Health & Fitness, has made its retail mark in metro New Jersey/New York with stores in some of the region’s premier enclosed malls. The list includes Bridgewater Commons in Bridgewater, NJ, the Westchester Mall in White Plains, NY, and Long Island’s Roosevelt Field Mall.

Now, NordicTrack will make its first appearance outside of an enclosed regional mall, signing a lease for 6,300 sf at Harrow’s Shopping Center here. This city’s reputation as a shopping mecca apparently outweighed the need to be in an enclosed mall environment.
