The North's Tallest Building Wins Planning Consent

LEEDS-Landmark Development Projects and St James Securities have won planning permission for a 30-storey mixed residential and commercial building at Victoria Road, close to Leeds railway station.

LEEDS-Landmark Development Projects and St James Securities have won planning permission for a 400,0000 sf mixed residential and commercial building including the tallest tower block in the North of England. The Bridgwater place development in Victoria Road, close to Leeds railway station, will feature a 30-storey tower.

Leeds City Council approved plans for a 22-storey residential block, to be built by Persimmon Homes, on top of an eight-storey commercial podium block including offices, restaurants and parking for 400 cars.
