68-Unit Mesa Complex Sells for $3.1 Mil

MESA, AZ-Investors Thomas Bassett and Sandra Lynch of California have bought the Country Club Greens, paying nearly $45,600 per unit to seller Bill Brown of Gardena, CA. The 68-unit Country Club Greens abuts the Mesa Country Club.

MESA, AZ-An investment team from California has paid $3.1 million for the 68-unit Country Club Greens in Mesa.

Investors Thomas Bassett and Sandra Lynch’s buy is located at 350 W. 13th Place, which has brought nearly $45,600 per unit for seller Bill Brown of Gardena, CA. Country Club Greens is just east of Country Club Drive and north of Brown Road. The complex abuts Mesa Country Club and less than a half mile from Hohokam Park, where the Chicago Cubs hold spring training.
