Edu-Vison, a division of the College of Allied Health, is taking 20,000 sf in the Brookwood Commerce Center, an office building at 4425 W. Olive Ave. The space will be used for classrooms. Brookwood Commerce Center is just inside the city's border about two miles west of Interstate 17.

The office building is in an area that has become the education center of the West Valley. Less than two miles to the west is Glendale Community College, one of the largest community colleges in the Valley, two miles to the north is Arizona State University's West Campus and Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management and two miles to the east are the campuses for Western International University and Ottawa University.

The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with brokers Gordon Raguse, Tom Atkinson, represented the building owner, Brookwood Olive Square Investors. Mike Sayre of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. acted for the tenant.
