Spear Street is a 213,000-sf, 22-story building in the SOMA area of San Francisco. Tenants in the building include Pure Markets Corporation, COSCO Shipping, Katz Communications, MCI Worldcom and CNN Turner.
The Centre Pointe office complex includes six buildings, totaling approximately 200,000 sf of rentable space in the Shadelands Business Park area. Lend Lease recently acquired the property as part of an acquisition of a large portfolio of assets from American Industrial Properties.
