JLL Adds 400,000 SF to Management Portfolio

SAN FRANCISCO-Jones Lang LaSalle will manage both 100 Spear Street in San Francisco and the Centre Pointe office complex in Walnut Creek, a combined 400,000 sf of class A office space.

SAN FRANCISCO- Jones Lang LaSalle has landed the management contract for two Bay Area office developments. The two properties, 100 Spear Street in San Francisco and the Centre Pointe office complex in Walnut Creek, total more than 400,000 sf of class A office space.

Spear Street is a 213,000-sf, 22-story building in the SOMA area of San Francisco. Tenants in the building include Pure Markets Corporation, COSCO Shipping, Katz Communications, MCI Worldcom and CNN Turner.
