The fourth floor has been let to Skanska and the fifth floor to the county's inward investment agency Surrey Business Link. Each floor totals 7,985 sf and both have been let on 15-year leases with a tenant's break at the tenth year and five-yearly rent reviews.

Hollywood House is a six-storey, air-conditioned building located in Woking town centre. Following the departure of former occupant Proctor & Gamble, the fourth and fifth floors and have been converted into self-contained space.
