SANTA ANA, CA-The newly rehabbed 73,500 sf grocery-anchored center is the latest asset for its new Mexican owner. Part of a 1031 exchange with another property owned by the private investor elsewhere in the United States, the center is located at 1710-1730 E. 17th Street.

Part of a 1031 exchange with another property owned by the private investor elsewhere in the United States, the center is located at 1710-1730 E. 17th Street. Rehabbed in 2000, the center is anchored by Superior Foods/Certified Grocers with a number of independent store owners leasing most of the remaining space.

Carlos Lopez of Faris Lee Investments in Irvine represented the seller in the transaction. Jack Faris with Voit Commercial's Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer.
