Rohde Realty, which has handled the center's leasing and management since 1997, retains management of the 133,434-sf center, situated at the intersection of Culebra and Grissom streets. The center is owned by New York-based GNW Partners, which bought it in 1996 from KP/Miller Realty Growth Fund I, a Texas limited partnership.

The center has vacancies from 1,500 sf to 15,000 sf, Kenneth Pruitt, vice president of Transwestern Commercial Services in San Antonio, tells GlobeSt.com. Pruitt referred questions about the center's occupancy rate and major tenants to Rohde, where a representative was not available this morning.

"It is our goal to assist GNW Partners in their efforts to revitalize this well-established center in the northwest San Antonio retail market area," Pruitt says.
