Elize Pruske and Krista Upham, both of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office, represented the building owner, Koll Bren Fund VI LP, based in Beverly Hills, CA. The GSA is a federal agency that, among other duties, helps other agencies find space of all types, represented itself.

Corporate Square Tower, 193,148-sf building, is at 4801 NW Loop 410. It picked up leasing for the building and two other Koll Bren Schreiber Realty buildings in San Antonio in November 2000. The other two are Corporate Square's neighbor, the 66,490-sf Corporate Square Garden Building, and 155,023-sf Cypress Tower building, situated at 1222 N. Main, in the CBD. Koll Bren is a private equity real estate company based in Newport Beach, CA. It specializes in buying and repositioning underperforming real estate.
