The campus boasts tenants such as The Gap, Hoyts Cinemas, Starbucks, Greenfield Online and AvalonBay Communities. The development includes a 118,000-sf, class A office building and a 70,000-sf office, retail and theater complex, which delivered earlier this year. Tim Harwood of L.J. Melody's Fairfield, CT office secured the financing through Salomon Smith Barney.
L.J. Melody has offices in 32 major metropolitan markets. The firm has arranged in excess of $13 billion in commercial real estate transactions nationwide in the past two years.
In an unrelated transaction, L.J. Melody also has arranged $17 million in financing for the Paces Park Apartments, a 250-unit, garden-style community in Decatur, GA. Allstate Life Insurance provided the financing. The L.J. Melody team of Robert LaChapelle and Bill Tyler handled the deal.
