The building stands at 14701 Yorba Ave., inside the master-planned Centrepointe-South business park. Its new tenant is Tibbett & Britten Group, which took the space for 10 years.

Henry Johnson of Trammell Crow Co. represented Centrepointe-South in the negotiations. Colliers Seeley International brokers Peter McWilliams and Doug May represented the tenant.

Though leasing and sales activity in many Southland markets has slowed, several relatively large transactions have recently been completed in the Inland Empire. In what's believed to be the market's largest sale of the year, pension-fund consultant American Realty Advisors said in late May that it had agreed to buy the Commerce Way Distribution Center in Fontana for $31.5 million from privately held Principal Capital Management.
