Located at 1641 Sunflower, the new 12,000 sf restaurant designed by Shea Architects of Minneapolis, will feature a mahogany interior with custom lighting and a richly furnished décor.

"We have constructed several steakhouses for Morton's Restaurant Group and are pleased to have been chosen to build the Santa Ana establishment," says Dennis Reyling, president of R.D. Olson Construction, which is providing pre-construction and general contracting services for the project.

With construction recently begun back in mid-May, Olson is estimating completion of construction in time for the holidays with scheduled completion set for Nov. 5.
