Yahoo Subleases 88,932 SF to Oak Technologies

SUNNYVALE, CA-Yahoo subleased the space, which it occupied for 18 months, for all fives years left on its master lease. Oak plans to move into the space in early November.

SUNNYVALE, CA-Yahoo has completely settled into its new headquarters in Sunnyvale and has subleased its prior location to a high tech company for the remaining 5 years on the master lease.

Oak Technologies has signed a sublease for 88,932 SF at 1390 Kifer Rd., the location Yahoo occupied for about 18 months. Oak plans to move into the space in early November.

Dave Tipton and Ton McGovern of Cresa Partners represented Yahoo in the deal, and Phil Mahoney of Cornish and Carey and Greg Cary of Hudson Jones negotiated for Oak Tech.
