Sigma-Genosys, a Woodlands-based biotechnology manufacturing company, will be the lead tenant with 39,000 sf. Sigma-Genosys, a Woodlands tenant for 11 years, will occupy 70,000 sf in the community when it takes the keys to its part of the new building, which abuts its existing facility at 1442 Lakefront Circle.

Sigma-Genosys produces synthetic DNA, peptides and gene arrays used as life science research tools by clients such as Lexicon Genetics and Baylor College of Medicine. George L. Markus represented Sigma-Genosys and Damon Palermo, Woodlands' director of office and service properties, handled negotiations for the operating company.
