Land Purchased for Senior Apartment Project

ORANGE, CA-Urban Pacific Partners pays $500,000 for a little more than one-third of an acre. The Long Beach-based company is planning a 27,000 sf affordable apartment building for seniors on the site.

Located at 170 N. Prospect St., the developer is planning to break ground on a 20-unit affordable senior apartment building sometime next year with completion of the 27,000 sf building planned for 2003.

Jerry Giglio of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented both the buyer and the seller, Anaheim-based La Plata Enterprises, in the transaction.
