Market Research Firm Takes 40,000 SF

EAST HANOVER, NJ-Market Measures Interactive is moving to the Eagle Rock complex from its existing space in Livingston, NJ in an expansion move. Part of new location's appeal is that MMI will have all it operations on one floor.

EAST HANOVER, NJ-Market Measures Interactive, LP, which does healthcare-related market research, has signed a long-term lease for 40,000 sf at Eagle Rock IV here. It’s an expansion for the company–MMI is vacating its current 32,000-sf location on Eisenhower Parkway in nearby Livingston, NJ.

Curtis Foster, Peter Hamburger, Walter Schoenberg and Jonathan Meisel of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, East Rutherford, represented MMI in the transaction. Robert Fisher, Joel Bernstein and Susan Muff of Lincoln Equities, based in Rutherford, NJ, negotiated for the owner, CIN Eagle Rock, LLCMMI, a member of the NOP World Health Cos., has served the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries for more than 30 years. Factors in the decision included having the space on a single floor, and the property’s heat pump HVAC system, which is suitable for long hours of operation.
