United Properties to Manage GN Resound HQ

BLOOMINGTON, MN-United's facility services group now has more than 14 clients and 5.2 million sf under management with a contract to oversee operations of the hearing aid maker's 124,000-sf regional headquarters complex.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-United Properties’ Facility Services group has been hired by hearing aid manufacturer GN Resound to provide facility management and maintenance services at the company’s new regional headquarters facility here. GN Resound relocated to the newly renovated, 124,000-sf structure, located at Interstates 35W and 494, in late February.

The company consolidated about 380 employees from operations in Eagan and Minnetonka.

United Properties will co-manage all day-to-day operations and systems of the building, including themaintenance of GN Resound’s hearing aid production line, according to Jay Grooters, vice president anddirector, United Properties Facility Services.
