The project includes 22 owner-occupied town homes, 58 rental apartments, 2,520 sf of retail space and 75 underground parking. The council voted 6-1, to approve certain changes that will prevent a redesign of the project.

The developers are hoping to meet an open space requirement with a half-acre courtyard between buildings. There is opposition to the plan in the community, which several years ago lobbied the city to purchase the land and use it for park.
