Two weeks ago, Boeing announced that it is sending 700 Machinists to the Everett facility, and earlier this week the company reportedly told workers it will transfer 80 engineering jobs tied to 757 fuselage work to its plant in Wichita.
The February earthquake damaged Boeing's so-called 10-50 and 10-85 buildings. Workers from those buildings will reportedly occupy the offices vacated by the engineers.
