LNR already is using the program at its Centennial Tower in Atlanta and One Hanover Square in Raleigh, NC. RB Management Services is running the iTendant system in Shadowood Office Park in Atlanta and plans to install the program in three other Downtown buildings this summer, according to a statement from iTendant. RB Management Services is an affiliate of Richard Bowers & Co., an Atlanta commercial brokerage.

ITendant software is being used in two million sf of office and residential property. The locally based company's total contracts represent 50 million sf of commercial real estate, according to the company.

ITendant CEO Stephen Hassett says both of the company's office and residential online programs "eliminate paperwork and increase efficiency by allowing property managers to connect directly with tenants, building owners and service providers through a computer or a wireless device." Tenants enter service requests through any Web browser.
