The locally based firm paid Jacksonville, FL-based Regency Centers $800,000 or $20.40 per sf for a 0.9-acre outparcel (39,204 sf) at the 341,446-sf Regency Square Shopping Center in Brandon, FL, a Tampa suburb. Tampa is 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.

Zaremba plans a free-standing jewelry store on the site at the intersection of Interstate 75 and State Road 60. The shopping center's anchors are AMC Theatres, Michael's Crafts, T.J. Maxx and Staples.

Regency Square owns 260 retail properties totaling 27.9 million sf throughout the United States.
