According to Marci Alvarado, associate director at Cushman & Wakefield, the company is expanding its construction division, and the space here suited its needs perfectly. "This was the best building for their requirements," Alvarado, who was involved in representing Camp Dresser in the transaction, tells GlobeSt.com. "They needed a combination of office space and construction, and this building has flex space." This area is about a minute drive from the city of Boston.
In addition to Alvarado, Camp Dresser & McKee was represented by Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Mark Reardon and Mark Roth as well as the firm's associate David Townsend. Flory McCarthy of Spaulding & Slye represented New Boston Mill Road, the owner of the building.
