Famous Footwear, based in Madison, WI, is a division of Brown Shoe Co., based in St. Louis. Famous Footwear offers branded family footwear at prices that are generally 10% to 40% below list price.
Northwoods' first two phases, built between 1995 and 1998, total 323,000 sf. The center's retailers include H-E-B grocery store, SteinMart, Pier 1, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble and Hollywood Video.
