Located on a 12 acre parcel at 150 S. Puente Ave., Snyder Langston provided preconstruction and construction services including design management, budget and schedule management, value engineering, design analysis, logistics planning and estimating for the project.

Construction began on the facility in September 2000, and construction was completed on time and on budget despite multiple rain delays. Built using concrete tilt-up construction methods, Project Manager Jim McCown said characterized the process as a low-cost alternative to more tradition, low-rise office construction methods while offering superior construction quality.

Although the city had originally wanted a parking lot constructed in front of the building, the city permitted STA to have a park-like area built in front as long as the company agreed to turn the area into a parking lot if it ever moves from the location. STA is expected to move into the new facility in February 2002.
