The Downtown DC asset, across the street from the Treasury Building and the White House, boasts such tenants as law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; GSA/Department of the Treasury; Deutsche Banc Alex Brown; and the American Automobile Association. Not too surprisingly, the 220,665-sf building boasts a 99% occupancy.

But JLL's work is apparently cut out for it at the 147,000-foot King Street Station III in Alexandria, which is currently only 60% occupied. Tenants include Legg Mason, Bay Networks and Lumenos Inc.
