The Miami-based investment group paid about $47,500 per unit on a contract negotiated by John Beeck, a broker-associate and apartment specialist in the apartment-investment division of Deerfield Beach, FL-based Brenner Real Estate Group. The seller retained the services of Bison Financial Group and brokers David Repka and Jared Repka.
Constructed on seven acres in 1988, the multifamily property consists of 63,000 sf of leaseable space. Amenities include a large swimming pool and deck, a clubhouse and large patios.
Designed as a two-story garden-style community, the property contains two-bedroom units that rent for about $635 to $650 per month.
