Ryan Cos.' Kelly Named BOMA International VP

MINNEAPOLIS- John P. Kelly has been an active member both at the international and local levels, including a stint as president of BOMA Minneapolis. He is executive vice president for the large commercial real estate developer.

MINNEAPOLIS-John P. Kelly, executive vice president for Ryan Cos., the large commercial real estate developer, was recently sworn in as vice president of the Building Owners and Managers Association International. A member of BOMA for 25 years at the local level, Kelly is a member of both BOMA/Minneapolis and BOMA/St. Paul.

He has served as president and secretary/treasurer for BOMA/Minneapolis and chairedthe suburban issues, audit and downtown issues committees. He has served on its search committee and volunteered as a member of its nominating and budget committees, and he has also represented BOMA/Minneapolis on the Nicollet Mall Implementation Committee and the Mayor’s Airport Task Force.

As a member of the Minneapolis Downtown Council, Kelly has served on the board of directors and the Skyway Advisory Committee and is presently a member of theNicollet Mall Advisory Board.
