Thompson Yates and GVA Grimley will be quoting a rent of £3.3 million ($4.7 million) per annum, equivalent to £47.50 ($67.50) per sf for the ground floor and £40.00 ($57) per sf overall. Serious inquiries have already been received from various sectors, including media, financial, insurance, art and leisure. Sean Thompson, partner at Thompson Yates said: 'The appeal of the building is wider than ever. It probably represents the best value, high specification space of its size and character in London.'
