Transwestern Commercial Services' Alan Grilliette and Elize Pruske, both of the San Antonio office, represented building owner, Springfield, MA-based Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. and Teresa Larkin of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s San Antonio office acted on behalf of Metropolitan Life.

The class A One International Centre, located at 100 NE Loop 410, has 298,289 sf. Its other tenants include law and accounting firms. Massachusetts Mutual bought the building in 1996 from Diamond Shamrock, the San Antonio-based energy company that had intended to use the building as corporate headquarters.

Transwestern Commercial Services, based in Chicago, got the leasing contract for the building in 1999. Metropolitan Life, based in New York, is one of the largest insurance companies in the United States, offering life and home and auto insurance, as well as savings, retirement and other financial services for groups and individuals.
