The Marshall's anchored portion of the 40,813-sf shopping complex has been acquired by Armour CV Santa Margarita. Built in 2000, the retail center is located at 20485-91 Avenida de las Flores in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Armour CV Santa Margarita was represented by David Lee and Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee Investments. Lee and Vaccaro also represented the seller, K & G / RRGI, LLC.

Although the sale of retail properties throughout California has been somewhat slow in recent months, real estate experts are expecting activity to pick up again in the near future. Various signs point to an improving retail market, including an increase in the Consumer Confidence Index. The Index now stands at 117.9, up from 116.1 in May.
