Helical's ownership comprises 422,243 sf, which spreads across the Scottish central region, from Glenrothes in the East to Ayr in the West, and is currently producing £1.6 million per annum. Ashtenne has agreed to pay £15.1 million for the lot off a yield of just under 10%.

The bulk of the properties were acquired by Helical Bar from the Scottish Enterprise for £13.4 million only two years ago, during which time the company has been active in increasing income flow by nearly £250,000 per annum.
