D&L Studio Transportation Inc. has inked a 10-year lease to occupy the parcel. The deal is valued at $3.3 million.

The tenant was represented by Darrin Nickerson of Investment Development Services Inc. Michael Hooker of Delphi Business Properties represented the landlord, Lake View Terrace-based Woods-Hayden Partnership.

The deal follows on the heels of another industrial lease, as Baxter Healthcare recently inked a deal for 60,000 sf of industrial and R&D space in Thousand Oaks. According to the terms of the 10-year deal, Baxter will occupy space inside the Conejo Spectrum Business Park, at 1445 Lawrence Dr. The deal is valued at more than $5.5 million, as reported last week by Globest.com.

The county's industrial market remains tight, as the demand for space remains high among industrial users. The lack of available lots continues to keep supply limited, as demand continues to outpace supply.
