The development is located near Interstate 405, just off SR 527 at 21623 16th Dr. SE. North Creek runs through a wooded setting. John Hatton of Legacy Partners says this product will help satisfy growing demand for high-end housing in the Seattle area.

Information on lease up and rents were not immediately available, but demand seems to be there. Additional units are currently being marketed and will be available during the second week of August.

Amenities include washer/dryers in the apartments, large patios and balconies, additional storage rooms and upgraded finishes. Residents also enjoy community amenities such as a recreational clubroom, business center, library, fitness center (with both aerobic and weight equipment), spa, pool and barbecue's.

Other Legacy residential projects include Bella Terra, a 235-unit luxury multifamily development with ground-floor retail in Mukilteo, WA; and the Olympus, a 327-unit luxury multifamily community located one block off of Seattle's bustling waterfront.
