The building, which has been purchased by Fred R. Rippy Inc., encompasses 38,400 sf. It is located at 12450 Whittier Blvd.
Rippy Inc. was represented by Larry Lawrence of Lee & Associates' Orange office. The seller, The Garson Family Trust, was represented by Robert Leiter and Elizabeth Hughes, also based in Lee & Associates' Orange office.
The deal is the latest in a string of industrial transactions to occur in the county's tight market. A 10-year lease for 10.7 acres of industrial land was recently inked in Lake View Terrace, as reported yesterday by Globest.com. The deal is valued at $3.3 million. The transaction occurred between tenant D&L Studio Transportation Inc. and landlord Woods-Hayden Partnership.
